Copyright and Ownership

Upon full and final payment for the services rendered, all rights, titles, and interests in the final deliverables are transferred to the client. Refund Policy

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and offer revisions to ensure the final product meets your expectations. Refunds are handled based on the following criteria:

• Change of Mind: A full refund may be requested within one hour of placing an order, provided work has not started. A processing fee will be deducted after this period.
• Incompetent Delivery: If the work delivered does not align with the initial project requirements, you are entitled to revisions. If we are still unable to meet the agreed-upon standards, a partial or full refund may be negotiated.
• Refund Limitations: Refunds are not applicable once a client has accepted multiple sets of revisions or if the project has been completed. Delays caused by the client or minor technical errors do not qualify for a full refund.
